LDAP schema

Hi,

In LDAP v3, the schema is stored in the database and can be directly
modified like other entries. So we can add, modify or delete
objectclasses or attributes in the schema. What about the data when
objects or attributes are removed ? Is this defined by the LDAP protocol
or specific to each LDAP server ?

Moreover, I'm looking for informations about common LDAP servers
schemas. Does anyone know where I can find such informations for Novell
NDS and Windows 2000 Active Directory schemas ?
