It does not really matter. All you need from an OID in an LDAP system
is that it does not clash with anything else. The designers of those
schema have presumably allocated OIDs from a space that they control
so any of them should be OK.

Attribute names are more important, and certainly must not clash with
anything else that you are likely to use so make sure they have been
chosen sensibly.
