I noticed that the new OpenLDAP-LTB RPMs for CentOS are dependent on berkeleydb-4.7,
but they are failing and referencing berkeleydb-4.6. It's kind of
confusing.

So build your OpenLAP against a different version of BDB. ;) As I
noted,
5.2.36 has worked fine for me for several years. ;)

The primary OpenLDAP author just asked you to contribute more information,
so I wouldn't be too concerned about resurrecting the bug...
