I am able add a user with Chinese character but not able to add with German umlauts any specific conversion issue ?

This is not valid LDIF (RFC 2849).

As an example the data above should be:

dn:: dWlkPVLDtmljaGFyZCxvdT1uZXdVc2VycyxkYz1jcmljYm94LGRjPWlu
