Chapter 19 is obviously a work-in-progress, transferred over from the 
FAQ-o-Matic. I'd say that anything referencing BerkeleyDB in there should be 
deleted, since it is specific to BerkeleyDB and not specific to OpenLDAP. (And 
most likely, in future releases, BerkeleyDB will disappear anyway.)
