Yeah, I've actually always thought it kind of odd that finding the page
listing the changes to a release was not even linked in from the page with
the releases. I've filed an ITS on it, maybe the download page will be
updated with a link to the change documentation.
To find it, from the home page, you browse to "Software", which has the
Release Documentation links.
