Yes. I have one user (me) who uses 1 desktop and 2 laptops, including a
master LDAP server, 2 slaves, 2 samba domain controllers, and almost
everything possible running against LDAP (ie no local accounts on any
boxes).

They are a bit out-of-date (so use the default config files on Mandrake
10.0 instead of the examples available from the site), but most of the
instructions etc are still valid. It's mostly new samba3 features that
are not covered.
