In tests/data/*.ldif there 's plenty of examples of simple but complete
LDIF files for a very small company, incluing ou's, persons, groups.  You
need to read ldapmodify(1) and ldapadd(1) to find out what parameters are
relevant to you setuo (essentially, how to reach the server and how to
authenticate).
