slapd.conf: loglevel -1 + ldapsearch objectclass=* = slapd dies
Hi List.
When I have [loglevel -1] in slapd.conf and I do [ldapsearch -x -v -b
'dc=orcsoftware,dc=com' '(objectclass=*)']
slapd dies in the midde of the operation:
er:updater# ldapsearch -x -v -b 'dc=orcsoftware,dc=com' '(objectclass=*)'
ldap_initialize( <DEFAULT> )
filter: (objectclass=*)
requesting: ALL
# extended LDIF
#
# LDAPv3
# base <dc=orcsoftware,dc=com> with scope sub
# filter: (objectclass=*)
# requesting: ALL
#
ldap_result: Can't contact LDAP server (81)
slapd is not in [ps] output anymore.
LDAP database has just a few entries.
Any other loglevels are OK.
I'm running OpenLDAP 2.1.17.
Bug? Feature?
Sincerely,
Alexei Monastyrnyi,
