LDAP performance
Hi All,
Can anyone offer any suggestions on tweaking LDAP for a database size of
around X entries and sites on a dual processor system (2 x 1ghz) + 512 meg
of ram. We use LDAP over 192 servers throughout the
state and replicate to each of these though we are finding some of the
servers showing high load because of the LDAP usage. Also does anyone know
of any good maintenance ruitines for maintaining the LDAP
database? We are currently running Redhats RPM of 2.0.27.
Cheers,
Josh
