The U-Mich guide do not apply in general to OpenLDAP.  See the
our on this.  Don't use ldif2ldbm except as a recovery tool.

ldbmtest is a low level tool, like ldif2ldbm, it only reports
what it sees.  This doesn't imply that what it sees is usable
by slapd.  To make good use ldbmtest you have a good
understanding of the internals of slapd.
