I'm in the process of testing Netscape roaming
using OpenLDAP running on Tru64 Unix. So far, it's been pretty successful,
however, to make it easier for our users, I'd like the LDAP server information
to default in when they click on the GUEST icon.
After looking through the archives and the FAQs, I
haven't figured out how to get this information stored in those fields.
Every time I click on the GUEST icon, it asks me for userid, password, and then
I need to expand the options to enter the ldap server address and user DN.
I have strings that make the LDAP server information generic (thank you,
Kartik Subbarao,for your articles in LinuxWorld, 09/1999). Now,
I just need to know how to default this information into those 2
fields.
