Hi all, I'm still having the same problem, but there is something interesting. If in /etc/nsswitch.conf I set the name switching order like this: passwd: files ldap I get the segmentation fault with kcheckpass. However if the lookup order is changed to passwd: ldap files kcheckpass works OK again. Would this be some bug in kcheckpass or in libnss_ldap? Regards, Gabor
