Re: Quick Start Guide does not add "top" objectClass in root node (ITS#3351)

As adding 'top' to an otherwise constructed entry is extraneous,
the documentation is correct.  If you received an error to
well constructed entry in 2.2 (*), report that with details
including the LDIF, the precise command used in attempting to
add it, and the precise error message.

(* problems reported with 2.1 will be met with an
"update and retest" response (as 2.1 is historic))
