Please note that this answer is within the Developer FAQ section
and are general specific to OpenLDAP-devel software.  In some
cases the answers might be useful with more recent releases of
OpenLDAP software (such as 2.0.6).  Your mileage will vary.

Try 2.0.6 (w/ the above answer as your guide... there is not
NT coverage in the release documents (yet)).
