main.dsw is missing (ITS#849)

I have downloaded OpenLDAP version 1.2.11, and I am trying to follow the
instructions for "Building OpenLDAP using Visual C++" 
(http://www.openldap.org/faq/data/cache/115.html).

The instructions mention the following Visual C++ workspace:
ldap\build\main.dsw

However, this workspace is missing from the distribution.  How can I obtain a
copy of this workspace?
