ldif2ldbm undocumented option argument (ITS#413)

Problem:
ldif2ldbm can take a '-e' argument.  This appears in the script
test001-ldif2ldbm
but is not described in manual pages nor in the usage output when
calling ldif2ldbm incorrectly.  

Fix:
Update the man pages.  Update the usage output.
