Thank you for taking the time to respond.You have asked me to provide you
with my set of ACLs so here it is:
dn: olcDAtabase={0}config,cn=config
You're changing the ACLs on the wrong database. That DN is clearly for the
cn=config datbase, and so would not apply to the DB that contains your
users, etc.
