This is crap! There are no schemas included. You need at least
core.schema, cosine.schema, inetorgperson.schema
These schema files are included in openldap packages. In order to setup
a config schema backend read
http://www.openldap.org/doc/admin24/slapdconf2.html#cn=schema
just create an object
dn: cn=schema,cn=config
objectClass: olcSchemaConfig
cn: schema
and slapadd(8) core.ldif, cosine,ldif,inetorgperson.ldif
