You include ? in the list, but in many example I have seen, we have a ?
unencoded in a LDAP URI. I understand ? needs special treatment when it
is part of a dn, filter, attribute name, and it must not be confused
with the ? as URI part delimiter.
But in that situation, should we use \3f or %3f, or %5c3f?
