Which is it you want: dc=mycompany,dc=org or o=mycompany.org ?

So the LDIF uses o=mycompany.org but your LDAP directory contains 
dc=mycompany,dc=org?

So it's a problem with the dc attribute; let's look at that data again:
> dn: dc=mycompany,dc=org
> dc: company

So, is it "mycompany" or "company"?!?
