The OpenLDAP Admin Guide at <openldap source>/doc/guide/ and
http://www.openldap.org/.  The slapd-config(5) manpage describes
general slapd configuration in cn=config format.  But most manpages,
including slapo-ppolicy(5), still use slapd.conf format.
