No, they both have proper time monitored and sync'd with NTP.

Could it be something where the syncs keeping mirrormode happy (RID 7 
and 8) are updating the CSN and making the consumer timestamp newer then 
the timestamps that RID 5 and 6 use when comparing to cn=schema,cn=config?
