slapcat/ldapsearch question

Hi,

i'm trying to export my openldap entries to an ldif file.

My userPassword attribute has the following format:
userPassword: {CRYPT}$1$$Y2j3VjkaCXmJ.YsPztha89

when i try to export it using slapcat or ldapsearch it doesn't remain
the same, it becomes something like:
userPassword:: e0NSWJBUfSQxJCRVMm8zVnpJYUNVbUolWHNXenRJKTgw

If you have any idea about the origin of the issue please tell me
