The error states that it is finding the 4.3 HEADERS not the 4.3 LIBRARY. 
You need to fix it to use the HEADER path to 4.5:

Use CPPFLAGS to set the path for the headers to use.  For example:

CPPFLAGS="-I/usr/local/bdb-4.5/include"
