with DB_CONFIG, ldap slave won't start

I have an openldap slave server that works fine without a DB_CONFIG 
file, operating system is Fedora 8.  With a DB_CONFIG file it won't 
start.  And this is the exact same DB_CONFIG i'm using on the master server.

[root@archives3 ldap]# /etc/rc.d/init.d/ldap restart

[root@archives3 ldap]# /etc/rc.d/init.d/ldap restart
