slapd-monitor - monitorCounter/description ?

Hi,

I checked openldap-2.2 and 2.3 and can see that monitorCounter is the 
attribute which describes slapd-monitor counter.

Then, is there any truth in the 
http://www.samag.com/documents/s=9766/sam0506d/0506d.htm which says 
"description" attributes holds monitor counter?
