It's now ok !
The things I did as follow (certainly gained from your suggests):
- Overwrite subdiretories of /usr/local/ directory by corresponsive subdirectories of /usr/local/BerkeleyDB.4.5/
- export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$LD_LIBRARY_PATH:/usr/local/lib
- ./configure [options]

Now "make test" is in progress, and it passed test001-slapadd.
