How to restrict user authentication in ldapsearch ?

Dear list,

I can even query about an user as a different user. plese see below

ldapsearch -H ldaps://  -u  "uid=anupam" -x -W -D
"uid=aftab,ou=Users,dc=kolkatainfoservices,dc=in"

Here I can query about anupam  as aftab.  How can I restrict this ?
