You don't specify what version you're running. If you're not at 2.3.32,
the best advice is to hypothesize that you're being hit by one of the
known issues fixed in the OpenLDAP 2.3 series (see
http://www.openldap.org/software/release/changes.html). Download OpenLDAP
2.3.32, upgrade to it, and see if your problem still occurs. If it does,
feel free to come back here and we'll try and work the problem with you.
