installing openldap openldap-2.3.31

I have a problem installing openldap-2.3.31 on a Tru64 5.1 computer.
First, here is the install script:

LDFLAGS="-rpath /usr/local/BerkleyDB.4.5.20.NC/lib -L/usr/local/BerkleyDB.4.5.20.NC/lib"
export LDFLAGS
CPPFLAGS="-I/usr/local/BerkleyDB.4.5.20.NC/include -DHAVE_GETADDRINFO -I/usr/local"
export CPPFLAGS
./configure --prefix=/usr/local/openldap --enable-crypt --enable-debug\
	--enable-rewrite --enable-overlays -exec-prefix=/usr/local/openldap
make depend
make

All of the above goes well. When I try to do:

LDFLAGS="-rpath /usr/local/BerkleyDB.4.5.20.NC/lib -L/usr/local/BerkleyDB.4.5.20.NC/lib"
export LDFLAGS
CPPFLAGS="-I/usr/local/BerkleyDB.4.5.20.NC/include -DHAVE_GETADDRINFO -I/usr/local"
export CPPFLAGS
make install

I get the following error:
