Re: install - make test - bind slapd problem

Quick update in case anyone comes across problem again and needs a quick 
temporary diversion

Looks like centos linux has sasl already installed.

I determined that replication was causing  one of errors below, so when 
I was ran configure, I removed it from the build, and have got slapd up 
and running, but have other sasl problems now.
