At a minimum, there's more OpenLDAP-provided compiled-in schema in 2.3
than 2.0. You should always use OpenLDAP-provided schema from the same
version you're running; it's not compatible.

Your locally derived schema is likely to be compatible, although newer
versions have increasingly better implementation/enforcement and may
uncover long-standing bugs in your local schema (search the list archives
for real world examples of this).
