Just had the openldap 2.2.20 server crash with:

ch_malloc of 16777216 bytes failed

When I restarted it, I got (and keep getting):

bdb(dc=student,dc=gpc,dc=edu): unable to lock mutex: Invalid argument

Is there a way to "fix" this? Thanks for any help!
