Hmm, I'm quite sure, there is a FAQ entry for this, but I'm to lazy,
to look it up. This log means, that slapd request from the underlying
database an entry by an specific attribute. Because this attribute has
not an index, the bdb-Backend has to look up the entry the long way.
You should read the section about indices in "man slapd-bdb" and set
proper indecis for your database.
