For Simple-Bind you need the saslauthd running on your LDAP-Server.
The OpenLDAP-Server itself must be set up, to use the saslauthd, for
that, you have to create a file "<sasllibpath>/slapd.conf" with
at least the following contents:
pwcheck_method: saslauthd
The saslauthd-Daemon must be startet with the -k Parameter.
