I found the reason: The entrys that got deleted where imported (via slapcat
& slapadd) from openldap 2.1, which has a differnt entryCSN format.
After doing a slapcat, deleting all entryCSN's and importing it again with
slapadd, which create new, correct entryCSN, it now works without problems.
