Looking for entries in core.schema

Hello,

in core.schema are some entries commented out with statement
"... defined above as it's used for subtyping". But I looking for above 
with no result. Is my assumption correct, that this entries defined in 
system schema?

Example:
# 2.5.4.41 is defined above as it's used for subtyping
#attributetype ( 2.5.4.41 NAME 'name'
#       EQUALITY caseIgnoreMatch
#       SUBSTR caseIgnoreSubstringsMatch
#       SYNTAX 1.3.6.1.4.1.1466.115.121.1.15{32768} )
