This error indicates that slapd(8) wasn't able to allocate
additional system memory. This implies a mismatch between
your slapd.conf(5) configuration and the amount of
system resources available to slapd(8). Either decrease
the former or increase the latter.
Very likely he cannot increase the available resources without moving to
a 64 bit architecture.
