Bah! I've applied all the patches and rebuilt Berkeley DB, but now
OpenLDAP doesn't like it:
checking Berkeley DB version for BDB/HDB backends... no
configure: error: BDB/HDB: BerkeleyDB version incompatible
Grrr...
