Citing from the slapd.conf Manpage (which you seem quite allergic to):
Multiple sasl-regexp options can be given in the configuration
file to allow for multiple matching and replacement patterns.
The matching patterns are checked in the order they appear in
the file, stopping at the first successful match.
So just put following sasl-regexp statement _before_ the your
default-one:
sasl-regexp uid=ldapadmin,cn=QM,cn=gssapi,cn=auth uid=ldapadmin,dc=qm
