It's built-in in slapd, since it's used in generating SASL identities (I
note there are other places where attributeTypes are used without being
built-in; for example, gidNumber and unidNumber in daemon.c, where SASL
EXTERNAL identity is generated; or groupOfNames and member in ACLs, limits
and so...).  Maybe we should leave all of them in schema files, or make
all of them built-in.
