Hi,
I have openldap-2.1.25 runing on Solaris machine with
about 4500 records. On search, the response is very
poor it takes about 10-15 min. Here's the contents of
"slapd.conf", any body have any clues as to what needs
to be changed to improve the performance.
include /usr/local/etc/openldap/schema/core.schema
include /usr/local/etc/openldap/schema/cosine.schema
include
/usr/local/etc/openldap/schema/inetorgperson.schema
include
/usr/local/etc/openldap/schema/some_company.schema
schemacheck off
pidfile /usr/local/var/slapd.pid
argsfile /usr/local/var/slapd.args
database bdb
suffix "o=some_company.com"
rootdn "cn=Directory Manager,o=some_company.com"
rootpw password
directory /usr/local/var/openldap-data
# Indices to maintain
index objectClass eq
Thanks in advance,
