Openldap to AD

I know this has been bandied about a lot on this list, but have not
found a satisfactory answer.  Is there any how-tos, or places I can look
at to get openldap to work with Active Directory?  We mostly use
OpenLdap since we run mostly linux boxes, but we recently put in an
Exchange server (don't ask) and I want to tie them together with
password sync at the very least.
