I'd recommend to use a schema-aware LDAP client (e.g. JXplorer,
web2ldap) to experiment with adding entries. These clients usually
display which attribute(s) are mandantory/optional for a given set of
object classes. But this is off-topic here - a general LDAP forum would
be more appropriate.
