V2 --> V3 migration

I'm searching all possible documentation on V2 --> V3 migration

Actually our server runs 2.0.27 and I plan to move to 2.2.X
in the coming monthes but in order to avoid troubles '-)
I need to read any interresting docs.

The server runs on a Linux/Debian machine.
