After creating the DB_CONFIG file with these settings, you have to run
db_recover on the ldap database directory for the changes to take effect
(specially the cache one).
You can also use db_stat -m on that directory to check the cache status.
It will also tell you the size of the current cache so that you can make
sure your changes are taking effect.
