For your stuff (as I know is ldapdb) you should apply patch #2406
https://bugzilla.andrew.cmu.edu/show_bug.cgi?id=2406
you will get an error on a hunk, but that is only disabeling ldap with
saslauthd as default which you could mend manualy in configure.in.
