Right, db_recover would destroy the cache and thereby make startup a
little slower. One of the value-adds in Symas' CDS is automatic
detection of unclean shutdowns, so that back-bdb will run recovery
automatically only when needed. So startup is usually quick, unless
there actually is something wrong...
