The current implementation does seem to keep them in the same order as 
they were created.  However, there no such requirement in the LDAP 
specifications and the developers are free to change the design at 
anytime in a manner that would cause this apparent order to no longer 
work.

Basically, yes, it works that way today, but it may not tomorrow.
